1. Accepting these terms
By creating an account or using Criccasm, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
2. Who can use Criccasm
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By signing up, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you're old enough to use the app under your local laws.
3. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. User-generated content
- You keep ownership of the chats, memes, and content you post, but you grant Criccasm a license to store and display it within the app so the features you're using can work.
- You agree not to post content that's illegal, harassing, hateful, or that infringes someone else's rights. Roasts and banter are part of the app's spirit, but there's a line between playful and abusive. Roasting, commenting, and in-app speech are also governed by our Community Guidelines, which form part of these Terms.
- AI-generated roasts and memes are created from your prompts; you're responsible for what you ask the AI to generate.
5. Live scores & match data
Live scores, commentary, and match data are sourced from third-party providers for convenience. We do our best to keep them accurate and timely, but we don't guarantee real-time precision, and Criccasm isn't liable for decisions made based on this data (including anything wagered or predicted in-app for fun — BouncOut is for entertainment only, not real-money gambling).
6. Acceptable use
Don't use Criccasm to: break the law, harass other users, attempt to access accounts that aren't yours, reverse-engineer or scrape the app, or disrupt the service for other users.
7. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Community Guidelines. Ordinary first oversteps may receive one warning only; the next violation terminates the account. Serious or illegal abuse may skip the warning. You can delete your account at any time from within the app.
8. Disclaimers
Criccasm is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access, and we're not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Changes to the app or these terms
We may update features or these Terms over time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless your local law requires otherwise.
